Payments on Relograde
Once your balance is topped up, orders can be placed instantly through the Console or API. Products are delivered immediately after ordering. Alternatively, it is possible to create an order file. In that case, an invoice will be issued for the exact amount, payable via bank transfer, and the order will be delivered once payment is received.

Minimum Order Amount
There is no minimum requirement per order, so small purchases are possible. The only condition is a minimum top-up of 100 EUR, USD, or GBP when adding funds to your account.
Volume-Based Rates
For consistently high volumes, more competitive pricing can be discussed. The exact conditions depend on the product type and order size. To explore this option, please reach out to the Sales Team with your company website, expected monthly volumes, and any supporting evidence that demonstrates your ability to handle these volumes reliably. Tier-based pricing can be offered where applicable.
Invoice Management
To simplify accounting, a single consolidated invoice is provided every Monday. This covers all orders from the previous week, making processing and booking more efficient.
To complete your verification, please upload the following:
- One official company registration document (e.g. certificate of incorporation, commercial or trade register extract, or business license)
- Information about each Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) who owns or controls 25% or more of the company
- A valid government-issued ID for each UBO
The company document must clearly show at least three details, such as the registered company name, registration number, business address, date of incorporation, company status, legal form, or directors.
For EU-registered companies, a VAT certificate is also required. In some regions we may also request proof of address for the business.
Once your documents are submitted, our compliance team usually reviews them within one business day.
Verification is usually completed within one business day after you submit your documents.
Yes, you can register using a sole proprietorship or personal business, as long as it is officially registered with the government.
In some countries, individuals are allowed to conduct business activities under their personal name without formally registering a company. However, this is not accepted on our platform. To comply with banking and compliance requirements, we can only approve accounts from legally registered businesses that can provide official company documentation.
Once your sole proprietorship or personal business is registered with the relevant authorities and you can provide the required documents, you will be able to complete verification and access the platform.
